MINI-LESSON: A sentence fragment is an incomplete construction which may or may not be a sentence. It is punctuated and capitalized as if it were a sentence, and it may even have a subject and a verb.

DIRECTIONS: Identify whether or not the sentence is a fragment. If the sentence is a fragment, choose the answer that contains the correct version of the sentence. If the sentence is correct, choose the answer that says “correct.”
